Let’s Talk: Joint Forward Plan toolkit

Thank you for your support with Let’s Talk: Your Health & Care in the Autumn of 2022. With your help we heard from over 2,300 people, whose views have now played an important role in shaping our draft Joint Forward Plan. This is a five-year plan for local health and care services.

We’d like to encourage as many people as possible to take part in the next stage of Let’s Talk, by sharing their thoughts about the draft Joint Forward Plan through a short survey. Please use this toolkit to share the draft plan and survey on your channels.
