How we meet our duties
Cambridgeshire and Peterborough ICS is a partnership organisation working all together for healthier futures. Sitting underneath the ICS is NHS Cambridgeshire & Peterborough – our Integrated Care Board (ICB) – that is the legal NHS entity which makes strategic health plans and commissioning (buying) decisions.
As an NHS organisation, we have a range of statutory duties and obligations we must adhere to. We are bound by regulations relating to information governance (IG), finance and performance, equality and diversity, green and environmental standards, and commissioning and contracts.
