Jobs

Our staff are our greatest asset. Attracting and retaining a diverse workforce and developing and investing in them is critical in our drive to support our patients' health and wellbeing.

We believe that everyone has a right to great career opportunities and that is why we invest in our staff, no matter who they are or where they are on their employment journey. From apprenticeships to mandatory training, we have opportunities that allow our people to develop their knowledge and navigate their career paths, in a way that suits them.

Our staff are our greatest asset. So, attracting and retaining a diverse workforce and developing and investing in them is critical in our drive to support our patients' health and wellbeing.

Simply put, by working for us you make a difference to the lives and health of people in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. We are driven by a committed team who work together to enable the provision of vital health and care services to local people in the area.

If you want to be part of an organisation that prides itself on supporting and improving the lives of people in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, then please visit the NHS Jobs website to see all our vacancies.

Those who join us, do so at an exciting and critical part of our history. In July 2022, we transferred our services from one of the country’s largest Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) to creating an ICS, alongside our partners in the area. Our strategies are new, but with them, our values, policies, and ways of working remain positive, innovative, and transparent.

Our Recruitment Principles

We are an equal opportunities employer and are a member of the Disability Confident Scheme. We encourage diversity and operate a zero-tolerance policy towards any type of discrimination.

We want everyone who applies for a job with us to have a positive recruitment experience, whatever the outcome. We believe that it is equally important that good recruitment consists of a timely, fairly, and transparent process, as well as getting the right person in the right job the first time.
