meet Kit Connick

Kit Connick has had a long-standing and successful career in the NHS in a range of corporate leadership roles across the NHS, where she has been accountable for a broad portfolio that covers both internal organisational operational delivery and system-wide strategic and cultural programmes.

She is committed to improving integration and collaboration within the ICS, making sure that we listen to the needs of our population and reflect this in our decision making and planning. Kit is passionate about supporting people to achieve their personal potential, and actively supports this through coaching and mentoring.

Kit is the Chief Officer Strategy and Partnerships.
