Meet Nicci Briggs

Nicci Briggs’ previous roles include Director of Finance at Kettering General Hospital and Executive Director of Finance, Contracting and Corporate Governance, at Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland (LLR) CCGs. It was in this role that she won the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Director of Finance award 2021, for innovative leadership in developing a nationally acclaimed primary care funding model to tackle health inequalities, addressing significant system deficit, bringing together three finance teams and championing diversity and inclusion.

Nicci is Chief Finance Officer.
