A new £1.5m Youth Guarantee Grant Programme has been launched by Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority as part of a national commitment to ensure that young people ages 18 to 21 can access education, training, apprenticeships, or employment support.

The Combined Authority is working with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), as one of eight areas, to test and develop joined-up, local approaches that reduce the number of young people who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET).
