Andrew Palmer, Director of Population Health, Analytics and Evaluation
Andrew joined the ICB as Director of Population Health, Analytics and Evaluation from Norfolk and Waveney ICB, where he was Deputy Chief Executive and Executive Director of Strategy.
He has previously held Director roles in both commissioning organisations and acute trust providers and held various director-level portfolios in areas including strategy and planning, performance, contracting, digital, workforce and informatics.
Before joining the NHS in 2000, Andrew worked in the private and education sectors.
