Let’s talk - Improving local emergency care and support

NHS Cambridgeshire & Peterborough are looking at ways in which we can improve emergency care and support to help patients stay at home where they can safely do so, and avoid unnecessary hospital admissions.  

To help us do this we would like to hear feedback from local people , or their carers and families, who have received care and support in an emergency health situation which helped them to stay well at home rather than going into hospital unnecessarily. This support/care may have been arranged by a GP, nurse, ambulance crew member, or another health care practitioner .
