Meet Claudia Iton

Claudia Iton joined the ICB from her HR consulting practice in talent management, leadership development, team effectiveness and equity, and diversity and inclusion. Prior to this, she had an extensive corporate career, including 26 years at Unilever in local, regional and global HR roles – acquiring deep insight into the change processes required to shift organisational cultures.

In her consulting work on building inclusive cultures, Claudia has worked with NHS organisations, foodbanks, community services, and other third sector organisations.

Claudia is Chief People Officer.
