NHS 111 and Integrated Urgent Care services – procurement survey

NHS Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care Board (ICB) is reviewing future contract arrangements for NHS 111 and Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) Systems. As part of the procurement process, we want to understand people’s experiences of the current services.

This toolkit is designed to support us getting local people in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, including healthcare professionals, to complete one or both of our surveys. Please note that there are two surveys – one of the public and another one for healthcare professionals.

Please use this toolkit across your social media channels and internal communications channels, to support with getting this feedback from Monday 15 January to Friday 23 February 2024. Suggested Alt Text is available in the table below.

We recommend you use only one of call to actions on each post – not both.
